It is important to wash all parts before the first use and after each subsequent use. Simply wash the product in warm, mild, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.

Do not use abrasive scourers or harsh cleaning agents, as they can damage the product.
Avoid contact with sharp knives or objects.
Certain foods and liquids can stain silicone products, such as turmeric, tomato-based sauces and highly pigmented foods.
Clean stains as soon as possible using a paste mixture of baking soda and warm water. Allow the paste to sit for a few hours on the stain before rinsing off. (Leaving the stain untreated can lead to permanent discolouration.)
Direct sunlight can also help lift any discolouration from silicone.
Do not leave the product in a disinfectant/sterilising solution for extended periods to prevent weakening of material.
Heating
Our 100% silicone products are microwave safe in temperatures up to 220ºC.
Zooli plates have been designed for reheating foods and not microwave cooking. Prolonged microwaving heating can cause plates to lose their original form over time.
Do not put stainless steel components in the microwave.
Freezing
Our silicone products are freezer-safe to -20˚ ̊C, it is important to ensure that the product is completely dry before placing it in the freezer.
